The Business Development & Sales Team Lead is responsible for developing and expanding new business opportunities within allocated account(s) to include developing and overseeing the sales strategy, leads generation and managing the sales process and coordinating with relevant stakeholders and internal parties to ensure client satisfaction.
The incumbent will work closely with the Global Head of BD and Founder to implement strategic market access and expansion plans, driving the company’s business and increasing its revenue. Key scope includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, leading of sales funnel, tracking of emerging trends, recommends new products and services, proposes and develops new proposals and plans, and building up the regional brand presence of the company with the support of the team.
The focus will be on APAC countries and therefore the position is to be based in Singapore.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or in a related field. A higher level degree (Master or PhD, MBA) in any of these will be a plus.
